Do You Ship Internationally?

We sure do. How else would we be able to achieve our goal of sending PODraw branded products around the world? While all international orders require a quote for shipping price estimates, we can ship your items pretty much anywhere there’s an address. All we need to provide you with an estimate of your international shipping cost is three pieces of information:

  1. The Item (or Items) You Want to Order
  2. The Quantity You Need of Each Item
  3. The Full Address You Want to Ship to

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Anywhere between 5 to 30 business days in total. Check out the details below:

  1. Once you order departs our warehouse, it takes 1 to 2 days for PODraw to sort your package.
  2. After PODraw has sorted the package, it takes 3 to 5 days to clear customs and reach your country.
  3. After clearing customs, it takes anywhere between 1 to 20 days for the shipment to be delivered to your door.

Please note that the above is an estimate, the final delivery time will depend on the speed and efficiency of your local post office.

How do I place an Order?

You can order directly from our website. Simply add the desired items to cart and then proceed through checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

At eyeKol we strive to offer the best and most flexible products experience! We understand that after placing your order, you may have to change some details due to different circumstances. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to update the payment method, voucher application and choice of item/s (color, size, type) after completing checkout.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

We may still be able to update your delivery address. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, you may still cancel your order. You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your PODraw account, login your account under your username. On your Account page, select orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History. You can contact us at [email protected]

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting Create an Account or Sign Up on the mobile site.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How Can I Return a Product?

We’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your experience. Our Customer Service will do everything possible to ensure you’re comfortable with placing an order and happy with the products you receive. But we also know sometimes things happen.

If you received the wrong product, faulty or damaged item, please email [email protected] within 30 days of the order date, to ensure you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day return policy.  We will gladly issue a refund, once the investigation is completed.

Payment refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s) at our facility. All refunds are issued to the original payments. You will get a refund equivalent to the purchase price of the products minus restocking fees or ineligible returns & nothing more (no refunds on shipping, time etc.). It may take up to 5 days for your refund to be reflected in your PayPal account or bank statement. If you paid using a credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your card. Depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling depends on your zip code and which products are being shipped. The good news is this amount will always be disclosed, so you won’t have any surprises or sudden upcharges when placing an order.

You will also get a guaranteed delivery date for your order. No exceptions, no questions. Your order will arrive on or before that date!

Can I ship the order on my shipper account?

Absolutely! In some instances, you may receive better rates on shipping through your corporate account, so just share your shipping account number with your sales rep, and they’ll make sure the order gets shipped with that account.

What about Import Duties, Taxes & Brokerage fees?

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost. It will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

The tracking number is not showing any updates. What do I do next?

PODraw utilizes the local country’s postal service to deliver the packages so the speed with which the packages are delivered depends on the local post offices efficiency. There may be delays in the package reaching you due to the following:

  1. Local Customs Office: Sometimes the package can get stuck with the local customs. There’s no way to get around this other than just wait for it to be processed through customs before the local post office can deliver it.
  2. Local Postal Service: Sometimes the packages may be stuck at your local post office. You can try and contact the local post office with the tracking number details to get more updates from them.
  3. Waiting for Customs Payment: In some cases, the package may be stuck with your post office waiting for the import duties & taxes to be collected. Contact your local post office using the US Postal Service Assigned Tracking #.

Delays at the local customs office or local postal service are something that are out of our control due to their intricacies and inefficiencies . We would recommend either contacting the local post office or wait for the package to be delivered. We have seen that packages always end up getting delivered, albeit sometimes a little bit delayed.
